When a crumbling mansion in preservation architect Joey Phillips’ hometown comes up for sale, she has to save it—and sell for a tidy profit—even if it means returning to the town she swore she’d never come back to. There's only one problem: the original owner of the Victorian never moved out. And she's been dead for over a hundred years.

Joey needs help. Luckily, there's a famous YouTube ghost hunter local to the area. Unluckily, he happens to be Joey's longtime best friend and childhood crush, who she abandoned to start her big city life. Can the two each get what they want—a pilot of a TV series based on the mansion and a successful renovation project—or will the ghost of their pasts haunt them forever?
